Engine start-stop technology
As the name implies, the engine start-stop system automatically shuts down the engine when the vehicle stops temporarily (for example, waiting for a red light) when the vehicle is running. A set of systems in which the system automatically restarts the engine when it needs to move on. For models equipped with automatic transmission, the working principle of the automatic start-stop system is as follows: As long as the brake pedal is directly depressed during driving, the engine will automatically shut down after about two seconds after the vehicle is completely stopped. If you keep pressing the brake pedal, the engine will always be off. As long as you release the brake or turn the steering wheel, the engine will automatically re-ignite, the throttle can be started again immediately, and the whole process is in D gear.
Engine power evaluation index
Engine power evaluation indicators include: engine effective power (shaft power, rated power, standard power), engine effective torque, calibrated speed, etc. are all evaluation indicators of engine power. Limited load: the power of the vehicle in use shall not be less than 75% of the rated power, and shall not be less than 90% after overhaul.
How to judge and calculate the pressure difference of each cylinder of the engine
Pneumatic technical standards: CA6102:934KaEQ6100 is not less than 834KPa, and the service limit is 670KPa. The fourth cylinder does not meet the conditions. Check and calculate the average value of two measurements for each cylinder: then calculate the average pressure of the six cylinders.
